Wedell, J.:

The state, on the relation of the attorney general, filed an action in which it sought an injunction to prevent defend*90ants from making loans at illegal interest rates and the appointment of a receiver to take complete possession and control of defendants’ property.

The district court granted both forms of relief. Defendants have appealed from (1) the order appointing a receiver and (2) the order overruling their motion to quash the service of summons.
