OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

Appellant-plaintiff John Gress appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Fab-con, Inc. Specifically, Gress raises two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court correctly granted partial summary judgment in favor of Fab-con upon his complaint seeking unpaid commissions from his employment with Fabcon.
