This action is brought under the Statute' of Elizabeth by the receiver of the Orangeburg National Bank, seeking to set aside certain conveyances made by the defendant Ella D. Rogers on the 12th day of October, 1928, as in fraud of creditors, and to make the real estate in the city of Or.angeburg covered thereby responsive to a judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the said defendant on her liability as a stockholder of said bank, entered on the 15th day of June, 1936.
