This controversy involves two separate appeals. The first is from an order granting a new trial as to certain of the defendants, and the second is from a judgment and decree quieting title to the lands described ■in the complaint based upon written findings of fact and conclusions of law in favor of defendant El Granada Holding Company. The appeals have been' consolidated.
