This action was brought to recover damages for injuries received by the plaintiff in a collision between two cars of the defendant on August 17, 1895. Plaintiff had verdict and judgment for $2,800. It appears that she was riding in an open car, sitting in a seat facing the front partition which divides the main body of the car from the platform of the motorman. It was in the evening, and the car in which she was riding was following a car of the same description ahead of it on the same track.
