MEMORANDUM OPINION

PETER J. MESSITTE, District Judge.

Paul F. Zell has sued Michael B. Donley, the United States Air Force (collectively, “the Federal Defendants”), and The Healing Staff, Inc. (“THS”), alleging claims of religious discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (“RFRA”). On March 31, 2010, the Court held a hearing and issued an oral opinion denying THS’s Motion to Dismiss [Paper No. 14] in its entirety, and denying the Federal Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Paper No. 23] as to Zell’s RFRA claim.
