Defendants, Marcia Waters, director of the Colorado Division of Real Estate, and the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers (collectively the Board), appeal from the district court order requiring disclosure of certain records under the Colorado Open Ree-ords Act (CORA), §§ 24-72-200.1 to -206, C.R.S.2010. We affirm.
