Defendant-appellant, Anthony Green, appeals from his conviction for one count of rape and one count of aggravated robbery.

On May 29, 1988, Jennifer Tennant (hereinafter referred to as the victim), was receiving treatment at the Cleveland Clinic for liver cancer. In order to facilitate the medical treatment, the victim lodged at the Cleveland Clinic Hotel. At approximately 10:00 p.m., the victim answered a knock at her door whereupon an intruder entered the hotel room.
