— In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by a judgment entered in 1979, the plaintiff husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Stolarik, J.), dated November 17, 1988, as granted, without a hearing, the defendant wife’s motion for counsel fees in the amount of $18,000.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Rockland County, for a hearing and new determination as to the amount of counsel fees to be awarded to…
