OPINION
LIFLAND, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 23. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs’ have failed to meet the prerequisites for class certification under Fed. R.Civ.P. 23 and therefore the motion will be denied without prejudice.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs’ cause of action stems from an alleged defect in the anti-lock braking system (“ABS”) in certain vehicles that were manufactured and distributed by Defendant Chrysler Corporation (“Chrysler”) between the model years 1989 and 1993. Plaintiffs’ *451Third Amended…
