Victor M. Serby (“Plaintiff’), an attorney proceeding pro se, brought this action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, against First Alert, Inc.' (“First Alert”) and its subsidiary BRK Brands, Inc. (“BRK”) (collectively “Defendants”), which then removed the case to this Court.
