This is an appeal from a decree of distribution made by the Ocean county orphans court and involves the construction of the will of Henry A. Low, deceased, and the determination of the character of the legacies bequeathed by the first, third and fourth paragraphs of that will. Upon this determination depends the right to the income on the property thus bequeathed accrued since the testator's death. If the legacies are general, the income goes to the residuary legatee; if they are specific, the income follows the property the subject of those legacies and goes to the particular legatees. The…
