Appellant, who was plaintiff in the court below, seeks to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred in September, 1936, in Kansas City. Plaintiff, a pedestrian, was crossing McGee Street trafficway a short distance south of its intersection with Twentieth Street when he was struck and knocked down by an automobile driven by the defendant Marian L.
