—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.15 [1]), assault in the third degree (Penal Law § 120.00 [2]), and various Vehicle and Traffic Law offenses. Defendant contends that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the conviction of manslaughter and assault because the People failed to establish that defendant engaged in reckless behavior. Defendant preserved this issue for our review only with respect to the manslaughter conviction. In any event, his contention is without merit.…
