Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered November 3, 1978, convicting him of assault in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. At about midnight on December 23, 1977, the defendant came home to find his wife in bed with another man and assaulted her by punching her in the eye. The next morning, December 24, defendant sexually assaulted his wife by forcing a foreign object into her vagina.
