Pennsylvania Social Services Union, Local 688 of the Service Employees International Union (Union), and Eugene Quaglia and Joel Levin, individually and on behalf of similarly situated employees, (collectively, Union), have filed a motion for partial summary judgment in their action against the Commonwealth, the Governor, the Secretary of Administration and the Secretary of Public Welfare (collectively, Commonwealth) seeking injunctive relief.
