This matter comes before the Court on three motions for summary judgment. In this trademark infringement action, brought under the Lanham Act, Plaintiff Cosmetic Dermatology and Vein Centers of Downriver, P.C. (“Cosmetic Dermatology”) contends that the Defendants have violated the trademark rights in its business logo.
