The petitioners are attorneys at law. The defendants are the supervisor, the justices of the peace of the town, and the town clerk, constituting the town board and the board of audit of the town of Inlet, Hamilton county, N. Y.

In 1931 a group of individuals in the town of Inlet, Hamilton county, N.
