Joyce (Claimant) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of ^Review (Board) affirming a referees decision that Claimants application for benefits was invalid under Section 4(w)(2) of the Unemployment Compensation. Law1 (Law) and directing non-fault recoupment pursuant to Section 804(b) of the Law.2
