INTRODUCTION

Guard Insurance Group (“Guard,”) as the worker’s compensation insurer for named plaintiff Scott Baxter (“Baxter”), brings this action against Techtronie Industries Co., Ltd., Techtronie Industries North America, Inc., One World Technologies, Inc., Ryobi Technologies, Inc., and Home Depot, USA, Inc.
