Guard Insurance Group (“Guard”), as assignee for Scott Baxter (“Baxter”), brings this action against Techtronic Industries Co., Ltd., Techtronic Industries North America, Inc., One World Technologies, Inc., Ryobi Technologies, Inc., and Home Depot, USA, Inc., (“Home Depot”).
