PRICE, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of the offense of grand larceny. His punishment was fixed at imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of three years.
For the state, Arbery Vernon Hughes testified that on September 30, 1966, he was working the 2:30 to 10:30 p. m. shift as station attendant for the Southern Oil Storage Company on Bell Street in Montgomery. About ten minutes to ten as he was counting his money and filling out his work records for the man who would relieve him at 10:30, the defendant ran into the station and grabbed the paper money ($208.00) from the desk.
