Affirming.

Robert Turner was convicted of tbe offense of chicken stealing and bis punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of two years. He appeals and assigns numerous grounds for- a reversal of the judgment.

Briefly stated, the facts are these: Ernest MeMeekin is a farmer and lives on the Harrodsbnrg pike in Fayette connty. He was tbe owner of several chickens.
