Now before the Court is Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff, Argenia, Inc.’s (“Argenia”), Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. # 84), Plaintiffs, North American Specialty Insurance Company’s (“NAS”), Response to said motion, and Argenia’s Reply.
