L.W. was injured in a car accident while a passenger in a pickup truck that collided with a van driven by Bruce Robinson, who was working for Talbot House Ministries at the time. L.W.’s mother, Jacqueline Ward, filed suit against Robinson and Talbot House but voluntarily dismissed the suit against Talbot House before proceeding to trial. Attorneys Michael Forte and Jessica Tetrick represented Robinson.
