David M. Kovats, a Michigan resident proceeding pro se, appeals the summary judgment for the defendant, Hi-Lex Corporation (“Hi-Lex”), in this action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1985(a)(3), Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (Mich. Comp. Laws §§ 37.2101-2804), Michigan’s Bullard-Plaweeki Right To Know Act (Mich. Comp. Laws §§ 423.501-.512), as well as state law (several tort and contract claims).
