Appellants Gulf Coast Asphalt Company, L.L.C. and Trifinery, Inc. (collectively, Gulf Coast) bring this permissive interlocutory appeal of a partial summary judgment in their legal malpractice action against appellees Russell T. Lloyd, John M. O’Quinn & Associates, L.L.P., and John *541M. O’Quiim & Associates, P.L.L.C. (collectively, the Lawyers). Concluding that the trial court’s order at issue does not comply with the statute permitting interlocutory appeals, we withdraw our order granting the motion for permissive appeal, deny the motion, and dismiss the…
