In a family offense proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8, the husband appeals from an order of protection of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Simeone, J.), dated May 15, 2007, which, after a hearing, and upon a finding that he committed two family offenses, inter alia, directed him to stay away from the wife until May 15, 2008.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
Ordered that the finding that the husband committed a family offense in October 2006 is vacated.
