The Trustees in reorganization for the Penn Central Transportation Company (herein referred to as “Transportation Co.”) have moved to intervene as of right as parties-plaintiff pursuant to F.R.Civ. P. 24(a) (2) and to be given exclusive control of thirteen (13) suits 1 which are part of the Penn Central Securities Litigation, M.D.L. Docket No. 56. The Penn Central Company (herein referred to as “Holding Co.”) has cross-petitioned to be realigned as a party-plaintiff and to be given exclusive control of all of the cases in M.D.L. Docket No.…
