Securities Investment Company brought a bailtrover action against H. G. Jett to recover, under a retention-of-title contract, certain described meat-market fixtures, and also to recover certain groceries, goods and merchandise set apart to the defendant as a homestead exemption after the defendant had executed to the plaintiff a note for the unpaid balance of the purchase price of the meat market fixtures, the note, containing the provision: “And in consideration of the credit extended we and each of us agree that, in the event any party hereto is adjudged a bankrupt, to obtain the full…
