BLAIR, Justice.

This suit was brought to set aside a deed, dated October 22, 1938, executed by A. Behrens to L. A. Behrens, conveying approximately 334 acres of land. The suit was filed by Auguste Behrens, surviving widow, and several of the seventeen children of A. Behrens, deceased, against L. A. Behrens and the remaining of the seven teen children, or their heirs. The Federal Land Bank of Houston, the holder of a note and valid deed of trust lien against the land, was made a party defendant.
