MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PHILIP PRATT, Chief Judge.
This action arose out of the firing by the plaintiff, Advo System, of one of its employees, the defendant Renee Walters. In April of 1983, after her termination, Walters filed a complaint in Wayne County Circuit Court alleging, inter alia, the breach of an implied employment contract and religious discrimination in violation of Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
