DAVIS, Circuit Judge.
On February 25, 1920, the parties herein entered into an agreement whereby the complainant, Blair Engineering Company, was to furnish “all the necessary plans and specifications for such alterations and additions as the Page Steel & Wire Company may desire to make in connection with its manufacturing plant at Monessen, Pa.,” and to supervise all the work involved in making such alterations and additions.
