Appeal from a judgment of. the County Court of Albany County (Harris, J.), rendered July 12, 1985, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the third degree.

In an effort to overturn the jury’s verdict, defendant questions the trial court’s Sandoval ruling, its failure to provide an identification charge, and his warrantless arrest which defendant maintains was constitutionally impermissible.
