If, indeed, the object of arbitration is to achieve the final disposition of disputes in an easier, more expeditious and less expensive manner than by litigation (Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 508 v. Cook County College Teachers Union, Local 1600 (1981), 102 Ill. App. 3d 681), this case is arbitration gone seriously awry.
