MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court upon competing motions for summary judgment. Defendant United States Enrichment Corporation (“USEC” or “the Company”) first filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket No. 24.) Plaintiff Bryan L. Drake and other USEC employees (collectively “Plaintiffs”) have both responded and moved for summary judgment in their own favor. (Docket Nos. 25, 26.) USEC has responded to Plaintiffs’ Motion, (Docket No. 28), and replied to Plaintiffs’ response, (Docket No. 29). Plaintiffs have replied to USEC’s response.…
