Justice BAER.
In this capital case, Appellant Robert Wharton appeals pro se from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing his second petition for relief pursuant to the Post-Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546, as untimely filed. We affirm.
