This case centers on pro se Plaintiffs Anna Sosnina and Larken Rose’s refusal to consent to a warrantless inspection of an addition under construction at 510 Newell Drive in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania (the Property). Following Plaintiffs’ refusal, Defendant Robert D. Schadegg, the Code Enforcer for Lower Moreland Township, issued a citation to Sosnina pursuant to Pennsylvania’s Uniform Construction Code.
