|, Defendant, Joharri O. Walker, was convicted of the second degree murder of Stefan Johnson, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1. He was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. *477For the reasons that follow, we affirm defendant’s conviction and sentence.
