This is a suit in equity to restrain the defendant from selling coal tar in violation of its contract with the plaintiff and for the assessment of damages. The contract was dated January 14, 1902, and was for two years from January 1, 1902, with a privilege of renewal for two years more and has been so renewed, The plaintiff was to have one half of the defendant’s product of coal tar with restrictions upon the defendant as to the sale of the other half.
