— Tbe relator, as plaintiff, brought an action to foreclose a real estate mortgage. In tbe complaint, it asked for injunctive relief and, in tbe alternative, for tbe receiver to collect tbe rent from tbe property covered by tbe mortgage during tbe foreclosure. Tbe relator supported tbe application for injunctive relief by an affidavit, and a temporary restraining order was issued, accompanied by a show cause order returnable on a specified date.
