In this action the plaintiff sought to recover a balance of $500 alleged to be due from the defendant on a contract for the sale of certain aluminum storm windows and doors. In his complaint the plaintiff alleged that on or about May 18, 1954, the defendant ordered twenty-one aluminum storm windows and three aluminum storm doors from him and agreed to pay $700. The defendant entered a denial of this allegation, and it follows that it was this issue *71that came on for trial on the complaint.
