[¶ 1] In this action for professional negligence, Randy N. Oliver, II (Oliver) and Nicole Jernigan, individually and as personal representatives of the Estate of Randy N. Oliver, appeal, and Eastern Maine Medical Center cross-appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, A. Murray, J. ). See infra n.4.
