Before the Court are Motions for Dismissal filed pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by all of the Defendants: the City of Grand Forks, John The-len, the North Dakota Mental Health Association on behalf of Mountainbrooke, and Judge Debbie Eleven. The Defendants argue that the Plaintiffs complaint fails to state a claim for relief. The Plaintiff, Henry Carl Valder, has failed to respond to the Defendants’ motions.
