This is an action to recover damages resulting from alleged fraudulent representations. Since the filing of the original complaint there have been seven amended complaints, the last one being magnanimously designated by the circuit court as the Sixth Amended Complaint. Defendants have interposed a total of 42 demurrers and motions to the complaints filed — the plaintiff being content with only fifteen motions.
