This is an appeal from an order of the Nebraska Public Service Commission denying an application of a trucking company for authority to transport anhydrous ammonia from a pipeline terminal at Greenwood, Nebraska, to all other points in Nebraska.
On May 14, 1975, Dilts Trucking, Inc., the appellant herein, applied to the Nebraska Public Service Commission for authority to transport anhydrous ammonia, in bulk, from the pipeline terminal of MAPCO, Inc., located near Greenwood, Nebraska, to all points in Nebraska.
