The appeal is from a judgment of the district court of Taylor county in favor of appellees against the appellants In a consolidated case. Shit was instituted by the appellee E. J. Barnes against appellant, Fidelity Union Fire Insurance Company, upon two policies of fire insurance, each in the amount of $5,000. One of the policies was on a stock of dry goods, and the other was divided between the stock of dry goods and the fixtures; $4,000 being upon the dry goods, and $1,000 upon the fixtures.
