This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendant in a civil action for breach of a contract. Appellant, Crockett Engineering Company, to which we shall refer as “Crockett”, contracted with the United States to install an underground vacuum steam distribution system at the *818Army War College, Washington, D. G, in accordance with plans and specifications provided by the United States.
