Plaintiff Cheri Evans brought this action in small claims court on 30 June 1992 to recover $744.90 from defendant Full Circle Productions, Inc., d/b/a Together, a dating referral service. Plaintiff and Together entered into a contract on 5 September 1991 under which Together would provide plaintiff with twelve dating referrals over a two-year period in exchange for plaintiff’s payment of a membership fee.
