In this suit plaintiff prays that lots 791, 793, 795, 797 and 799 in Metairie Court, Jefferson Parish, he decreed to belong to him *743individually and to his separate and para-phernal estate. The plaintiff and defendant formerly were husband and wife but they were divorced by judgment on June 11, 1959. After trial, the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans rendered judgment herein on July 5, 1961, in favor of the defendant and against plaintiff, decreeing that said immovable property was acquired while the parties were married and that it belongs to the community of…
